You can pick up the cardgame, after making an appointment by telephone, at Backershagenlaan 22 in Wassenaar, the Netherlands in Wassenaar,
No administration handling fee will be charged then.

Payment and vacations

After receiving the total amount stating the order number, the order will automatically be sent directly. Also during holidays, after payment is received, orders are sent.
However, when you do not want to receive package during your holiday, you can either specify a private address or the order and payment at the end of the holiday.

After you have made an order in the web-shop, you will receive an automatic confirmation with an order number. You have a choice of three payment types:

1. You can transfer the total amount on Buckaroo bank account number 121503038 in the name of de Coole Kikker to Wassenaar and please note the payment number that is sent to you by mail from the Buckaroobank.
2. You can also pay your order via PayPal or iDEAL. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on the security methods of your own bank.
3. You can pay with your credit card.
4. If you are a school order and your administration pays the invoice, then choose to pay in advance. You will receive at your email address a confirmation with the invoice and an email from Buckaroo paymentservice with your special payment number.

When you want to ask something about the method of payment, you can always mail us to info@decoolekikker.nl or call us at 0031-70-5116771. When the phone is not included, you can leave the answering machine.

Shipment

We will send the materials within 2 working days after payment.
The orders of the Coole Kikker will be sent from Monday to Friday. The product must be no later than 30 days after order (and payment) delivered to the consumer. If that does not happen, the consumer can immediately undo the sale. This does not apply if the parties have agreed a different delivery period.

Cooling off period

You are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days after delivery of the product. You may return a product within that period, and you only have to pay the postage for the return. When you return a product the packaging film must be still intact. When you send back the intact product within the cooling off period of 7 working days returns, I will restitute you the amount paid within 30 days.
